Burroughs Mitchell

Burroughs Mitchell was an editor at Munsey Co. in the late 1930s. Pulp author Theodore Roscoe described Mitchell as polishing much of the later Tarzan works of Edgar Rice Burroughs, which were turned in more as sketchy outlines than fully written stories.
