Like the previous ones, this one is again 48 pages, printed on high-quality, glossy stock, perfect-bound with color cardstock covers. You can contact him through his website to obtain a copy.

For this issue, the theme is the prehistoric stories of ERB, including the Pellucidar and The Land That Time Forgot stories. We get five articles by four authors. I think this issue is my favorite so far in the series.

First up, from publisher Griffin, we get an article on the influences of prehistoric life on Burroughs and his writing. In particular are the La Brea Tar Pits, which are highlighted on the cover. Maybe someday I can visit them.

We get an interview with Will Murray, who has written several new authorized Tarzan novels and is working on another. While it touches on his career and a little on his other writing, like Doc Savage, the focus here is on Tarzan. This interview was conducted by Griffin and Gary A. Buckingham.

Patrick Quilter gives us a history of Pellucidar and, more interestingly, tries to come up with a scientific explanation for it. Hollow planets, which are believed in by some, can’t exist. So, how does Pellucidar, probably one of the best-known fictional hollow Earths, exist?

From Gary A. Buckingham, we get a mix of nonfiction and fiction, which teases a new Tarzan novel from him.

And finally, Alan Hanson takes a look at how World War I affected the writing of Burroughs. I think most are aware of its effect on stories and series like Beyond Thirty and the Moon series, but it impacted many more works, including several Tarzan stories.

It’s another great issue. I don’t know when the next one will appear, but I would expect at least one more in 2026.

We got the third issue of RevERBerate, a fanzine devoted to Edgar Rice Burroughs, in January 2026.
