I stopped by Borders bookstore last night and was please to see several copies of the first Nostalgia Ventures’ paperback edition of The Shadow for sale on their shelves.
Every few weeks, I’ve stopped by the store and checked their computerized catalog for the NV books. Until now, the books have always been “order only.”
If you haven’t already ordered your copy, check out your neighborhood Borders and pick one up. (They are in the Mysteries section.)
I’m hoping sales will be good so that the stores will continue carrying The Shadow and Doc Savage series, which may introduce the characters to new readers.

But when will the second issue finally be released?
The second issue of The Shadow should be out about now. (It may take a few weeks for it to show up at Borders.) Likewise, the first Doc Savage should be out, too. The second issue of it will be released on Nov. 15.
