A PayPal Cash Card<\/a> might be just the thing. Your pulp fan can bulk up a PayPal account and hit eBay for pulp magazines, pulp reprints, artwork and other pulp collectibles. It may not be that personal gift, but if you phrase it right — “I knew that you were watching that auction for (insert a specific pulp item here) and I thought this might help you win it” — it might not look as though you waited too late to start shopping.<\/p>\n

You can put $20 to $500 on the card, and like most prepaid cash cards, there’s a $3.95 service fee when you first buy it. PayPal says the cards are available at CVS and Rite Aid pharmacies, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Office Depot, and other retailers.<\/p>\n
