Here on the last day of 2015, I thought I would take a moment and look back at the year in blogging here at ThePulp.Net<\/a><\/em>, and a brief look foward at what’s to come in 2016.<\/p>\n

But before all of that, I want to note the passing of a number of pulpsters<\/a> in 2015, including collectors Richard Clear<\/strong>, Ned Brooks<\/strong>, and Victor Berch<\/strong>, fictioneer Charles Boeckman Jr.<\/strong>, and artists Murphy Anderson<\/strong> and Jon Arfstrom<\/strong>. Obituaries for each appear elsewhere on Yellowed Perils<\/em>.<\/p>\n

We welcomed John Olsen<\/strong> to our blogging rolls in late October. John’s long-running website, “The Shadow in Review,” disappeared when Comcast ended its web-hosting service. I hated the idea of John not being involved in the online pulp community, and invited him to consider writing a blog for ThePulp.Net<\/em>. Happily he agreed, and That’s Pulp!<\/em> debuted Oct. 30.<\/p>\n

Watch for John’s upcoming reviews of The Shadow<\/em> radio episodes, The Spider<\/em> pulp stories, and reviews of other pulp-related movies, books and more.<\/p>\n

Over on The Pulp Super-Fan<\/a><\/em> blog, Michael R. Brown<\/strong> is coming up on his third anniversary as a blogger here at ThePulp.Net<\/em>. For him, 2015 was his best year yet for readers. And 2016 won’t be any different. You can expect more of Michael’s profiles and reviews of pulp-related and New Pulp<\/a> books in 2016.<\/p>\n

As for me, Yellowed Perils<\/em> had a variety of pulp-related posts, including extensive live coverage from PulpFest 2015<\/a> (I’m planning to do the same at PulpFest<\/a> 2016, too), news, commentary, reviews, and more.<\/p>\n

To give you a taste of 2015, I thought I would rundown the top five most popular posts this year at each of our three blogs.
