\"PulpFestAfter a bit of a posting hiatus, I’m back. PulpFest 50<\/a> gets underway in two days, on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 4, and I’m on the way to Pittsburgh to attend.<\/p>\n

As in past years, I plan on posting photos to ThePulp.Net’s Instagram feed<\/a> throughout the 50th annual summer pulp convention. In addition to Instagram, you’ll be able to see the photos at the bottom of my daily posts here on my blog.<\/p>\n

PulpFest 50 will be celebrating “a half-century of pulp conventions,” as well as the 100th anniversary of the founding of Fiction House, the anniversary of the Savage Society of Bronze<\/em> fanzine, and much more. Check out the convention’s Programming page<\/a> for a complete schedule of events.<\/p>\n

I will be making audio recordings of most of those panels.\u00a0After I get back from PulpFest and had a chance to edit the recordings, I will be posting them to the Pulp Event Podcast<\/em><\/a>. So, stay tuned!<\/p>\n
